Infomab10 Pavilion in Matadero, Madrid by Kawamura Ganjavian

The vanguard Studio KG mobile construction recently placed in the cultural space slaughterhouse(Matadero) Madrid. Designed with reinforced polyester fiberglass and built in record time, this peculiar ‘water tank’ has 100 circular holes to allow penetration of natural light and allow us to look through them. At night the canopy sparkles as if it were a constellation of stars. The whole structure is mobile and can be transported to different places, like the “Paseo de Recoletos” where it has been allowed to see.

Infomab10 pavilion is the work of architects Key Portilla-Kawamura (half Spaniard, medium Japanese) Ganjavian Ali (Iranian). They met studying in London and, before settling in Madrid in 2006, worked in the United States, Japan, India, Britain and Switzerland. In Spain created a unique multidisciplinary platform Studio Banana. Never indifferent.
