Contemporary House Architecture Oriental Style by Ong & Ong

In my daily experience as an interior designer to make different projects, so that I find difficult to recognize those who are done with expertise. If this is the contemporary residence located at 55 Blair Road, Singapore. We are facing a work that combines elements of avant-garde decor, original Art Deco and traditional oriental architecture, achieving stunning spatial and visual experience. The intelligent use of materials, light and natural elements make this contemporary home style in an oasis of peace and tranquility in the city center.
The house has a total of 288 m², divided over three floors. The ground floor can be seen as living and recreation area. It has a spiral staircase is all a sculpture, and a spacious lounge and living room. We also find a beautiful indoor garden with pool, very Japanese style and air of contemplation, always minimal. Frangipani tree, associated with Buddhist and Hindu cultures, add character to their twisted trunks, while miraculously connects with elements of metal.
On the upper floors are the different rooms, dressing and bathing. A large skylight provides natural lighting and ventilation, standing at its base the garden and pool, which we peer through the glass walls. The affinity complementary contrast between the metallic elements and subtle tones get a lovely sensory relationship. This is augmented with the installation automation for configuring the lighting throughout the house according to our mood.
Home spaces are characterized by continuity, which makes larger perceive to minimize the existence of partitions. This also facilitates entry and distribution of light, and promotes a closer relationship between the interior and exterior. The traditional exterior finishes restored wrap this contemporary style home by giving their unique touch.
